Mili Landrón, Founding Associate

Mili Landrón is a dynamic professional with an unwavering commitment to Puerto Rico's progress and prosperity. As the Founding Associate at Causa Strategies, Mili supports the Strategic Planning and Program Design and leads the area of Operational Support. She also supports business development and planning for the firm.

Prior to Causa, Mili served as the Director of Stakeholder Engagement at the Platform for Social Impact (PSI), where she played a pivotal role in managing relations with major investors, community members, and key actors. In this role she also oversaw all Operational aspects of PSI, developing strong processes and systems to ensure sound administration and execution.

Drawing from her experience as a Director of Operations at ConPRmetidos, Mili possesses an intricate understanding of the inner workings of social impact entities, particularly in the unique context of Puerto Rico. Her expertise encompasses resource development, board management,  budgeting, board development and management. Mili has also in depth experience in grantmaking from her time at ConPRmetidos, where she spearheaded program design and management of a distinctive grant-making model that has left a positive impact on numerous local NGOs.

During her undergraduate years at the University of Puerto Rico, where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, she was awarded a research fellowship, reflecting her unique analytical and writing abilities. Her dedication to creating positive change also led her to intern at the U.S. Senate during this time.
